Dalvero: Dal Vero - From the Italian, meaning "from the truth", or direct observation. Drawing from the truth, both literally and figuratively.
Dalvero Academy, based in Brooklyn, NY, is a private academy of illustration in all forms, from drawing or painting on paper to photography, to three-dimensional works. Our artists study intensive drawing, both from the model and on location, developing their own sense of design and taste in the process. We strive to bring new life to the humanities through artistic conversation.
Dalvero Academy is the creation of illustrator/educators Veronica Lawlor and Margaret Hurst. For more information, you may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
